We want you to be fully satisfied with your Craighill objects, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unused condition and packaging. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable and a small restocking fee may apply to certain returns.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
After your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure your return is tracked correctly.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the items in their original Craighill packaging and include the packing slip inside the box to prevent any processing delays.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect the items at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
